At E5 Bodywork the goal is to listen to what each client may need and watching the body respond to the questions and muscle tests that may be preformed.
All sessions are designed with the goal of a therapist/client relationship to gain the response and outcome client is striving for.
Communication is key and any expectations that are not discussed may not bring the desired results.
Through massage and other modalities (cupping with movement, stretching, hot or cold stone ), the target is always of mind body and spirit connection.
Taking the time for self care and bring the energy of breath back through the whole body.
