Reservation Fee, Cancellation & Online Purchase Policy
A $30 reservation fee is required to reserve your appointment time. This fee is not an additional charge if you attend your appointment; it will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled service.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment, arrive too late to receive your service, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $30 reservation fee will be forfeited. A new $30 reservation fee will be required to schedule another appointment.
All appointment-related charges are the client’s responsibility and will be billed directly. To help us serve all clients fairly, please arrive on time and keep your scheduled appointment.
All purchases made online are non-refundable. Eligible cancellations may receive store credit only, at the discretion of the business.
Location Options
Shared Sanctuary: Anthony provides services in our open-area setting. If you choose Anthony’s Shared Sanctuary session, please wear loose clothing and shorts for optimal comfort.
