We do not offer refunds—only spa credit will be issued. After one missed appointment that are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a $30 fee will apply. Gift certificates provide spa credit and do not represent the purchase of a specific spa special or service. All gift certificates expire six months from the purchase date.
