Because pain shouldn’t be your normal

Meet Christopher Rembisz

Licensed Massage Therapist & Certified Personal Trainer
Helping you get out of pain—and into a thriving life—through massage and bodywork.

Pain can be debilitating. I know this firsthand.

Years ago, I injured my shoulder and neck from overexertion. The pain was excruciating, and I could barely move. I tried hot/cold therapy, pain creams, and anything I could find for relief. Over time, the sharp pain dulled, but it never fully went away. I adjusted to the discomfort and learned to live with it—until I realized I didn’t have to.

Six months later, I enrolled in massage school at the Aveda Institute. A few weeks before classes began, I received my first massage—from a student. It was life-changing. For the first time in months, I felt relief and deep rest. It wasn’t a complete fix, but it gave me hope. I later discovered I have scoliosis and several postural imbalances contributing to my chronic pain.

Like many people, I thought pain was just something I had to push through. I lived with daily headaches, low back pain, carpal tunnel symptoms, sciatica, and neck and shoulder issues. But pain is not normal—it’s your body’s way of asking for change. Over the years, I’ve learned how to listen, heal, and help others do the same.

Since completing a 625-hour program in 2017, I’ve spent the past 7 years continuing my education in massage therapy, corrective exercise, postural assessment, and bodywork techniques. I’m currently studying neurology and how cranial nerves impact pain and dysfunction.

You don’t have to live in pain.

Whether your discomfort is recent or something you’ve carried for years, there is another way forward. Together, we’ll restore balance, function, and ease—so you can feel good in your body again.

A few things to know before you book:

  • All sessions are all-inclusive—gratuity is built in, so there’s no need to tip.
  • Session lengths include 15 minutes for consultation and dressing—so a 75-minute session includes 60 minutes of hands-on time.
  • My massage table is wide, soft, and luxuriously cushioned—designed for deep rest and total comfort.
  • For ongoing support, I offer membership programs—ideal for clients seeking regular sessions at a discounted rate.
