Whether we are meeting for the first time or you are a long time client, my goal is to always offer you the most effective service possible. I do this, by having you complete a short questionnaire prior to your appointment and when you arrive we will discuss how I can best address your issues. This looks different for everyone. Sometimes, I will ask a lot of questions about daily activities, posture and positions and what stresses you're dealing with. Sometimes we'll barely talk.
The most important thing, when receiving a massage from me is to communicate. If something is uncomfortable, be it pressure or draping, too much or too little heat on the table, let me know. I want you to enjoy your experience and I will not be offended if you ask for something to be adjusted.
