I have been a licensed massage and bodywork practitioner for 21 years. It is my life's passion to provide safe and effective healing through touch, and to educate my clients about the amazing power our bodies hold to heal ourselves. Over the years I have learned that the body, more than anything, needs balance. Balance is achieved through treating the body as a whole, not just treating the parts that hurt. The slower and more intentional I can work on the body as a whole, the more positive, lasting change you will see in your body.
