When I was younger, I told my mom I was going to be a massage therapist when I grow up. Life came at me differently than I had expected. It took me longer than I had planned to actually go for those dreams. I attended school for massage therapy at the Aveda Institute in West Des Moines. I studied a variety of modalities and tools to help acheive safe pain relief and relaxation.
I am a single mother of four children and having not always had the positive pregnancy experience I had dreamed of, I knew I wanted to focus on women who are pregnant and postpartum. I want to help other women achieve a healthy and happy pregnancy, and fourth trimester. I want women to embrace their amazing ability to birth babies!! I enjoy working on clients who are not pregnant as well. I enjoy mixing it up and also treating chronic pain and those searching for relaxation.
