The differences between these services are Therapeutic massage focuses on the body's superficial layers and uses the combination of specific massage techniques. A Hot Stone massage is a combination of a Therapeutic massage with heated stones applied to the body.
If you need more help relaxing, or you have that/those stubborn muscles that need a little more help to relax maybe you'd prefer some CBD lotion applied with your Therapeutic or a Deep Tissue massage. This lotion can help ease your stress and anxiety levels while relaxing you.
If more pressure is what you like, then a Deep Tissue massage is more up your alley. Deep Tissue is a more intense massage that focuses on the deeper layers of the muscle and connective tissue or for those who just like a heavy/deep touch. This is a deep/intense massage that pressure is applied into the muscle to help relieve chronic pain, stiffness or tense muscles.
Even at an early age, I knew I wanted to help make people feel better and try to make their pain go away and since I'm not a witch or magician, I decided that massage therapy is the closest thing to achieving that goal so here I am years later hoping to achieve just that. There's something about the muscles relaxing in my hand, the joy on my client's face and the relaxing outcome after their massage is over that makes what I do worth it.
