Hi my name is Amity, I am a 2010 graduate of the Healing Arts Center, I have been practicing massage therapy full time for over ten years in the St.Louis area, and I am now expanding my business towards a private practice and I hope you give me a chance to practice my healing touch on you. I have extensive training in Deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger point therapy, Sports massage, Swedish massage, along with energy work which consists of Reiki, Pranic healing, Polarity and intuitive reading. I have a great deal of knowledge and experience working with clients that have pain and, or injuries of the neck, shoulders, the hips, and psoas muscle, as well as TMJ, headaches, and thoracic outlet syndrome. For my bodywork sessions, I let my clients guide my therapeutic approach to individualize their healing, and through thoughtful communication, intuition, and my knowledge of the body, I incorporate a variety of massage techniques to get the results they are looking for in each session.
