Booking & Payment Options
When scheduling your non medical massage appointment, you may choose to prepay online or pay at the time of service. If you prefer to pay in person, simply click “Skip This” when prompted for billing information.
Accepted payment methods:
Cash
Credit/Debit Card
HSA/FSA Cards
Venmo
Insurance & Medical Massage
As a solo provider, I personally handle your care and insurance billing to keep your experience simple and seamless.
Currently accepting:
Premera Blue Cross
Regence BlueShield
Aetna
Kaiser Permanente
TriWest Healthcare Alliance (VA)
Coordinated Care (Ambetter)
L&I (WA State Labor & Industries)
I bill these plans directly for eligible clients.
Most insurance plans cover up to 60 minutes of massage per visit, even if your benefits may suggest additional coverage. To keep billing simple, consistent, and to help avoid delays or unexpected out-of-pocket costs, medical massage sessions are offered as 60-minute appointments only.
Optional 30-minute add-on ($35) is not billed to insurance and is paid out of pocket, in addition to any copay, at the time of service.
Relaxation & Therapeutic Massage
While I offer medical massage sessions, I also offer non-medical massage focused on relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellness. These sessions are fully customized and may include Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic techniques based on your needs and comfort level. Whether you’re looking to unwind, relieve tension, or take time for yourself, each session is designed to help you feel balanced, relaxed, and restored.
