If you are a new client, I welcome you! You will need to book through my website the first time you schedule.
My goal is to partner together with you working towards wellness through relief from stress, or pain, increased mobility, recovery from injury, or to just sleep better. Or, even just to feel super spoiled for a day. I can help.
I provide many extras that are never an up charge. You decide what you want. All of my massages are combination massages tailored to fit your needs with Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point, cupping, & aroma therapy, hot towels, hot stones soften problemed areas. I have advanced training in Prenatal massage and do offer this on the table or as a Thai massage.
I have also been traditionally trained to practice Thai massage. I have been blessed to study abroad in Thailand. This is done fully clothed on a floor mat. Excellent for increased ROM and mobility. Highly recommended for athletes.
I have a National Provider Identifier number. Which means if your insurance or HSA flexible spending account allows for massage you can be reimbursed for you massage services.
