Hello. My name is Amy Yapp and I have been a licensed therapeutic massage therapist for over 19 years. I trained in Denver, Colorado, and specialize in Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Medical, & Trigger Point among others. I have experience working in the office, spa, holistic clinic, salon, and hospital settings. For 12 years I owned a successful massage practice in Arvada, Colorado. I moved to Florida in 2021 and after 2.5 years of nursing school & working for a corporate massage spa, I now own an independent massage therapy business with my husband, Will Yapp. Nursing school was a tremendous learning experience that I now apply to my massage career. The education I received in pathology, communication, anatomy, and physiology is priceless. While I enjoyed the experience, I felt a deep pull within my soul to return to massage full-time with my newfound understanding of the workings of the human body. My husband, Will, is a veteran and served in the Army for over 16 years and now works for the Army Recruiting Battalion in Tampa. His Master's degree in business is helpful for our administration, allowing me more hands-on time with the bodywork side of our business. We enjoy rides on our motorcycle, beach time, exercising together, adventuring & camping, and walks with our dog.
Our office is really a sanctuary, and is located in New Port Richey near downtown at Gulf & 19. Clients are empowered by my unique therapeutic massage to "live their life better," because when you are feeling better in your body, mind, and spirit, you can really live your life, with more vitality and spark.
Draping is required. If the massage becomes inappropriately sexual in any manner, the session will be terminated immediately & full payment is required and will not be refunded. (Yes, sadly, I've had to deal with that).
