As a massage therapist, my goals are to facilitate stretch and proper muscle contraction in order to maintain healthy movement through the body. I integrate neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, and deep tissue techniques in my massages. I am also prenatal certified. My education is from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, CO, and from continuing education courses online through the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals learning center.
