Essence completed her certification at Wellspring School of Allied Health with 915 hours of focused studying and 4.0 GPA. She has taken courses in Trigger point therapy, Swedish & Relaxation, Sports, Prenatal, Passive and Facilitating stretch, and Heat/Cold therapy many other modalities. She passed her National Board Exam and is Licensed to practice in Missouri, Olathe, Overland Park, and Leawood Kansas. With each client, her touch will respect the inseparable connection between mind, body and spirit. While creating and establishing a partnership through practical medical bodywork and sensory enrichment massage therapy. She is extremely interested with how the body can retain stress, releases tension, and heal itself. She has found the connection between mind, body, and spirit when balanced can relieve pain, anxiety, even knots. Essence loves massage because it not only relaxes clients, it also gives clients the opportunity to invest in themselves. She enjoys seeing people and being a part of others self-care regimes.
