Therapy to keep You Moving at the Speed of Life!

My interest in massage therapy began decades ago, at a bicycle race in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. A recent graduate from the Florida School of Massage Therapy, Winona Bontrager, worked on my legs prior to the race. I felt great!

Years have passed. Now, caring for family and friends, my interest has shifted to how to assist others through touch. Sports massage and deep tissue are in my tool bag and I am adding lymphatic massage and a touch for those living with cancer.

Whether to prepare for what's next in your life or recover from what's happened, my aim is to provide therapy to keep you moving at the speed of life!
