Welcome to Urban Rose Bodywork. My name is Kristina and I'm the owner and sole operator. I attended University of Western States and received my licensure from the State of Oregon in 2016. I opened my practice in 2021 and I want to introduce others to holistic pain relief that is accessible and effective. I specialize in therapeutic deep tissue, prenatal/postpartum and oncology massage.
I offer add-ons to my services such as Synergy Stones (hot stones), CBD, Gua Sha, Cupping, Hot oil scalp massage, and hot towels. I invite you into my studio to decompress, relax and give manual therapy a try.
I do not accept insurance at this time. All new clients must prepay a deposit for their first service.*
