I received my massage license in January of 2008 and my personal training certification in April of 2021.
This career path is one of helping people understand and reconnect their mind and bodies. This field is fulfilling and challenging. I love to learn and expand my understanding of the mind and body.
I aim to give my clients the knowledge they need to help their bodies move and function better and with less discomfort. I want to give people the power to listen to their body and help improve function.
