I am extremely passionate about the human body and brings me joy to help someone out of pain. I have spent over a decade acquiring skills and techniques needed for today’s active bodies. Taking a deeper approach to assist in change happens a few ways, just not elbow’s in. I take a wholeness approach to the many layers of your humanness, both Energy Medicine and Movement Medicine . With this , one of my many offerings is Cranial Sacral Therapy , which is a gentle and proven effective approach to creating space in the body. I also bring in Structural Integration , which we break and build the body up with preciseness, and structured approach to break up deep bound fascia. Coupled with Posture Therapy following the Egoscue Method We can get your body moving in the right direction !
