Online booking is the best way to book your appointment because we are all massage therapists and are in the sessions during business hours. E-gift cards are a convenient way to send a gift with just a few clicks. You can choose to send it instantly or schedule it for later.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we kindly ask that clients notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and offers the time slot to another client in need.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $40. After the third occurrence, the full appointment fee may be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely and efficient care to all our clients.
Zero-tolerance Policy
At Stony Point Massage, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behavior from clients during massage sessions. Any such behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the massage session.
