Sheila LaSella has been an Energy Healer and a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009 and has advanced training in these modalities.
Sheila is also a Meditation Instructor and has been practicing meditation and doing in-depth retreats for more than 25 years. She spent two years living at Gampo Abbey, a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Nova Scotia and studied closely with Pema Chodron, who is one of her primary teachers.
Each session is customized to your particular needs on the day of your session.
