During a session, you will lie comfortably on the massage table while I use gentle touch and still holds to address any restrictions I find. the therapy session could include mouth work for TMJ, Neck, Jaw pain, headaches (avenue of expression). Many of my clients report feeling a sense of deep relaxation, reduced stress, and a greater connection to their bodies after a craniosacral therapy session."
