I am a Licensed Massage Therapist of seven years, guided by intuition, training, and a deep love for this work. With a Washington State IntraOral Massage Endorsement, I am able to support those experiencing TMJ tension, migraines, and the quiet burdens held deep within the jaw and cranial system. Each session is a collaboration — a weaving of modalities chosen just for you, shaped by what your body is asking for in the moment.
My Signature Massage blends modalities Esalen and Swedish, gentle, and deep flowing techniques, with optional hot stones to melt tension and invite deep rest. It is an experience designed to help you exhale fully and return to peace inside and out. My heart’s calling is CranioSacral Therapy, a practice I’ve studied since 2020 — the same year my own healing journey deepened. CST is a gentle, hands‑on approach that listens to the body’s quiet rhythms and supports the craniosacral system in releasing what it no longer needs to hold. Through light touch and stillness, the body unwinds. Restrictions soften. The nervous system remembers ease. Sessions may include intraoral TMJ work, neck and jaw release, or support for headaches and emotional expression. Many clients describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves afterward.
