If you're looking for a professional and effective, therapeutic or relaxation focused massage you've come to the right place. My top priority is to help my clients feel better: mind, body and spirit. As a massage therapist, yoga teacher and former competitive gymnast I’ve developed a strong intuition, based on education and experience, about the needs of a body in motion. As a former desk-jockey, I understand only too well the issues and pains that develop from over-use of technology in non-ergonomic work situations. I will create a customized session for you based on your needs, with the goal of creating an optimum sense of well-being for you.
Massaging with mindful attention, I use a combination of techniques and modalities to help you return to a pain-free, relaxed experience of your body, which I believe is your natural state. My treatments are therapeutically effective in relieving headaches and migraines, speeding the healing of muscular injuries, relieving pain and stress, increasing freedom of movement throughout the body and more. After your session, if appropriate, I will suggest follow up stretches or exercises that will help you maintain the benefits of your massage.
