Welcome to JYFL: Joyful Living! Sim has helped people overcome their barriers to fitness and health since 2006. He is a licensed Massage Therapist, Health and Fitness Coach, RYT-500 Yoga Instructor and Life Coach. He has taught in places such as the Omega Institute in New York and Blue Spirit Retreat Center in Costa Rica.
Simeon's gifts as a Massage Therapist has brought him to practice at Hospicare, The Cancer Resource Center, Cornell Men's Tennis Team and a variety of private clients. He believes we can explore health and joy through movement, connection and laughter. Reconnecting and digesting our emotions, we can experience inherent joy, the freedom to be present, and to create a new possibility of wellbeing.
