Shawn trained in Seattle, WA and graduated from Cortiva institute for Massage Therapy in 2010. He is well trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, Hot Bamboo, Thai Massage and Pre-Natal Massage. He is proficient in Cupping Therapy and has several continuing education certificates including: Coaching the Body Upper and Lower Body protocols, Help For the Hip, Techniques for Low Back and Shoulder Pain, MTR (musculo-tension release therapy) for Low Back and Traps, Hot Bamboo massage, Thai Massage and Cupping. Shawn actively continues to expand his knowledge and is currently studying Yoga and has finished 230hr Yoga teacher training in 2024.. He is an active yogi and meditation practitioner who seeks to expand the consciousness and evolution of all souls through the healing arts and mindful living. Shawn is now offering in addition to massage services, a unique meditation experience with Lucia Light Journey, a hypnogogic meditation LED pulsing light.
