We aim to find the root of my clients pain and hypertonicity. We support the L.G.B.T.Q.I.A .+. community. Kaleen enjoys working with other therapists and people that want to see change, people who are open minded to daily self-care. We bring an awareness to your body, with guided deep breathing to enhance your mind body connection. We intently listen to our clients needs and believe communication off and on the table is important. We will check in with pressure often and request our clients do the same. Sculpt clients often have a realization that their body is capable of more than they had once thought. Age doesn't have to define your bodies ability to move and be pain free. We can help decrease your pain when working with restricted focus areas. We work with you to improve posture and mobility though postural analysis and bodywork. Lets set a goal for your treatment and make a self-care plan together. We want all of our clients to see improvement and reap the benefits of massage after every appointment at Sculpt Bodywork LLC.
