Hi there this is Sarah Rodriquez, owner operator, of Rooted Toward Wellness! I have the opportunity to serve clients in Cape Coral Florida, FULL TIME, and Kennesaw, Georgia every 6-8 weeks."My passion is helping alleviate any tension or stress you may be encountering through massage & it's healing principles. I have learned a great deal over the years while working in Physical Therapy & Massage. I have been blessed with my signature technique "Body Mapping." During the massage I will allow your body to slowly walk me through your muscles & fascia to release pain, tension & any holding patterns it may have while leading me to the exact area of pain &/or trigger point. Each Massage will include postural analysis, my Body Mapping Massage technique, Cupping, Hydro & aroma therapy as well as stretching, each at the discretion of the client.
