After my wife experienced a debilitating neck injury, I studied everything I could about the human body in an effort to help her to heal. Through this learning process and in my own pursuit of peace and happiness, I have found that I can help others to relax, to be present in the moment, and to alleviate painful conditions. As an academic, philosopher, and spiritual seeker, I was initially baffled when I received a calling to pursue Massage Therapy as a vocation, but I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Using my senses, my knowledge, and my intuition, I communicate with your muscles without needing you to say a word; because of this some of my clients call me a "muscle whisperer."
Each massage uses healing touch to achieve two goals: to be relaxing and therapeutic. I tune in to the feedback from your muscles and your personal requests to create a massage customized to your needs. Combining Swedish massage with deep tissue work and trigger point therapy, this massage will help to remove any stress, tension, or knots unnecessarily stored in the body. Sunflower oil mixed with lavender essence is used help you slip into a deeper state of calm providing aromatherapy at no extra charge.
