Cancellation policy: We require a 50% deposit on every appointment to secure your booking. A 24hour or more notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to provide 24 hour or more notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. In the event of an emergency your credit may be used towards a future service at the discretion of the staff.
