Retreat massage and wellness provides a safe space to relax and find comfort in your body, mind and spirit. We want everyone to have access to massage therapy and it’s benefits so please don’t hesitate to reach out if cost is a barrier.
Appointments include a consultation of current goals for massage and brief health history, hands on table time including traditional massage techniques tailored to your needs. Each session typically includes hot towels, essential oils, heat, deep breathing, and stretching.
