Offering Wellness and Ease with Compassion
Massage and yoga have helped me get through injuries and chronic pain, and I hope to help bring that same relief to others.
There's more to massage than physical relief; it can help with stress and anxiety as well. While one person needs to ease their pain, another may seek stress relief. My goal is to help my clients meet their wellness needs. Massages are available by appointments M-F 9:30-5, except when I'm teaching yoga.
Yoga is so much more than exercise; it is intentional, mindful movement. Flexibility is NOT required to attend any of my classes. All I ask is that you listen to what your body tells you to do and express the posture in the best way for yourself on any given day. There is a place here for you on the mat.
Yoga class is Thursdays at 4 pm. This class is a flow class moving from pose to pose while utilizing the breath. You don't have to sign up; just show up. We're here for you.
