From its beginnings in NYC to its new home in Rochester, NY, RMA Therapeutic Massage provides the highest quality massage. Owner, Ruth Anselm LMT began as a gymnast, dancer and yoga instructor. She later brought her knowledge to the field of massage, graduating from The Swedish Institute in 2014. Under the mentorship of David Weintraub, Ruth became a content creator for BWDW TV. Ruth and has fulfilled CE classes in Clinical Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Prenatal massage, Orthobionomy, Cupping, Gua Sha, Reiki, and Neurology. Today, Ruth excels at creating customized treatments, helping clients find relief in their bodies.
At RMA Therapeutic Massage, treatment is customized to meet client needs. Sessions include a short intake, used to assess the nature of the visit, a postural analysis, and a plan of action for massage treatment. Medical massage and sports massage techniques are used to alleviate pain, reduce stress and brings back the full possibilities for movement.
