Premier Fitness and Massage is a sports massage clinic for weightlifters located in Bluffdale, UT. We have partnered up with Hardbodiez Gym to provide an athletic recovery center in SLC. Not only do we provide the traditional deep tissue and sports massage but we also offer Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) otherwise known as Graston or Scraping, Myofascial Cupping, Rock Taping, Normatec compression sleeves, Hyperice Venoms (low back and shoulder) and the Hypervolt. It is a great blend of techniques to help you recover faster and perform better.
