I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 21 years and I have chosen this career because I wanted to do something that can really help and heal people not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well!
I am very passionate about truly helping and healing my clients. I really love to incorporate energy work aka ‘Reiki’ into all of the massages and bodywork that I do as well.
I also really enjoy building relationships with my clients and truly care for them and how they feel.
I perform medical massages for injuries, accept workman’s comp claims, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and have cbd oil and cupping as well.
Massage is nowhere near just a luxury, it truly has so many incredible benefits and can help not just to release tension and relieve pain, but it can help remove built up toxins that can lead to many different illnesses, diseases and even cancer.
It helps reduce inflammation, stress, anxiety, depression it can help people with sleeping disorders, migraines, TMJ and much much more.
I also perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage that can help speed up your recovery time from surgeries/ In office procedures. It can significantly reduce inflammation, pain, swelling and can also improve skin conditions and help reduce scarring and improve the circulation.
I feel that no matter what work you do or how stressful your daily life is or isn’t, massage and energy work can play a huge role in healing your body mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually!
