I started massaging in 2016, after spending 20 years in a healthcare setting. I am passionate about helping others navigate through tension, discomfort and pain, by way of massage. I have been a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist since 2018, some of my modalities include Trigger point, Myofascial release, active assistive range of motion (AAROM), active range of motion (AROM), and passive range of motion (PROM) techniques. An assessment is performed at the beginning of each session to ensure maximum benefit and best possible outcome for the client.
