Hi, I’m Paula! I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015—first in Upstate New York and now here in Brentwood. After two wonderful years with the team at Basic Kneads, I opened my own practice to provide personalized, one-on-one care focused on your wellness.
I specialize in integrated therapeutic massage, blending techniques such as:
