About Me:
My style of massage therapy fluidly blends targeted, corrective deep-tissue treatment work to address pain and dysfunction, with a caring quality of touch that is designed to fix your issues while keeping your nervous system soothed and relaxed. Also known as a "hurts so good" massage, I believe that my unique approach in bodywork is representative of what good PT (physical therapy) ought to be.
In my practice, I utilize a wide toolkit of modalities allowing me to custom-tailor each massage session to your specific needs with flow and attention to detail.
Some of my favorite modalities include: Neuro-Muscular Deep Tissue (NMT), Graston/IASTM, Myofascial Release (MFR), Cupping, Activated-Release Therapy (ART), Structural Integration (SI), Myo-skeletal Re-Alignment (MSRA), and the list is ever-growing.
