To give the gift of massage to others has brought me such an energizing awakening into the healing arts. Massage has helped me on a deeper level in my earlier years and I truly love bodywork and what it can uniquely provide to each person that becomes open to healing touch. I work intuitively and customize each session to the individual. I specialize in relaxation/swedish massage, deeper therapeutic work, sports massage, lymphatic work, pregnancy, trauma/abuse, and the Aromatouch technique. I'm always working on continuing education in this field and love expanding my techniques and craft to better serve the community. Massage truly has helped me personally with many ailments over the years and I hope it can be part of your health and wellness options within your self-care toolbox.
