We primarily utilize Trigger Point Therapy, Therapeutic Manipulations, Lymphatic Therapy, Vaccum Cupping. Secondly, we offer Rosen Method Movement Group classes to improve range of motions, joints flexibility, and postural awareness. We educate patients about the importance of their participation in the healing process while they are being treated. A self-care program is taught to patients in order to support them to develop self-awareness that will create lasting results.
