As a massage practitioner since 2005 I feel truly blessed to be in a field where I can really help people feel great and keep doing what they love to do. I work to facilitate healing, increase energy and stamina, bring connection between the mind and the body and decrease stress and tension. I meet my clients where they are and customize each massage treatment for the individual needs of each person. Every body is different and I honor that. My treatment space is accessible for all and I have many years of experience in working with individuals that have mobility challenges. Prices are all-inclusive and though gratuity is appreciated it is never expected. I am available to see clients on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from my home studio in Olde Town Arvada!
