Be it a professional athlete, a weekend runner, or a person looking for a more holistic approach to health, I can help you get the most out of your down-time. As an athlete myself, I want to help you move functionally, recover faster, and work without pain.
Located within CrossFit Baile of Whispering Pines, I offer a place for athletes to either relax through a therapeutic massage session or get individual treatment for outcome-based work.
