If you prepay and you cancel the appointment the amount you prepaid automatically goes into your Release account- if you want a refund the fees the business paid will be taken out of it.
Cancellation policy- We request a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Less than 24 hours 50% off the service total will be deducted. Less than 6 hours notice or a no show we will redeem 80%
No shows will result in us flagging you and you will be unable to book again.
We reserve the right to end a client relationship at anytime.
During your service if the Therapist becomes uncomfortable or you have started being unprofessional in any way, we reserve the right to end your service and charge the full amount. We are a ZERO tolerance establishment
