Mobility coaching involves guiding you through a variety of exercises to help you create a strong, resilient body that supports an active, vibrant life. Through this work, we can help you gain better flexibility, strength, and improve your overall movement patterns.

Do I accept Bella Capelli gift certificates?
Yes, as long as the gift certificate was purchased after the new owner acquired the building in 2023, I can accept them. If you are unsure, give me a call and I can tell you if yours is still good or not.
Do I offer refunds?
No, generally I do not offer refunds. If you prepay for an appointment and cancel on time, I will just apply your payment to your next appointment.
Do I charge no show/late cancellation fees?
Yes. I charge up to 100% of the service cost for late cancel/no shows. This is judged on a case-by-case basis if you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible!
