I have seen the value and lasting benefits of regular massage through my clients’ improved health. Integrative Therapeutic Massage is an evolving representation of my own journey to integrate body, mind and spirit. I first discovered the benefits of massage after a spinal injury in 2004. I am a firm believer that regular attention to your body and spirit provide lasting lifelong benefits. My fascination with the metaphysical and spiritual aspects of life first led me to the study of Reiki, a hands-on form of energy healing, where I studied with Glen Jones to become a Reiki Master in 2018.
Depending on your needs and goals, I provide a unique integrative healing experience, often combining traditional Swedish massage, the therapeutic elements of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT), Grigorian Method with Reiki, a gentle form of energy healing.
