My main specialty is working on back and hip issues. If you are having issues standing for long periods of time or have sciatic pain, low back issues, mid back problems, or seem to sit for hours at a time. All of these issues could get relief from even a 60 minute session.
At the beginning of your session we will discuss your health history as well as any concerns or issues you are experiencing. Afterwards, we can work out a plan to determine which massage techniques would best address your needs. My goal is to make sure that we end with the result that you're looking for, whether it is relaxation, increased mobility, or pain relief.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment. Doing this will allow ample time to make sure I can answer any questions you may have about your session.
