For clients with physical/paper (purchased in-store) gift certificates, please book an appointment through our website and prepay the deposit using a credit card. When you attend your appointment, present your gift certificate, and we will reimburse the deposit back to your card.
Effective June 1, 2026, all gift cards, including previously purchased gift cards, will be valid for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost, stolen, or expired gift cards will not be replaced or extended. If you have any questions, please contact us by email or phone.
