Welcome to my mobile healing space where I can soothe your tight muscles and you can leave your stress at the door. I strive to provide a session of massage therapy & bodywork for you that will refresh your body's tight muscles and renews your spirit with a sense of deep relaxation.
My massage work incorporates several techniques enabling me to utilize different approaches, making my work versatile to each client's needs & goals. My deeper work can includes a neuromuscular approach to trigger point work, including side-lying work and stretching.
I specialize in pre-natal massage. I love all the complexities of expecting mothers and am confident I can relax their tired bodies and lift their spirits in a safe and comfortable environment. Prenatal massage is performed in side-lying and semi-reclined positions. "Corporate or on-site" chair/table massage appointments available for all occasions. Traditional table massages end with a hot towel treatment to neck, back, feet and hands and optional aromatherapy available to enhance the relaxation.
