I’ve walked the healer’s path for over 30 years — beginning with 1,000 hours of therapeutic massage training in the late ’90s, and expanding into advanced studies in anatomy, physiology, trauma recovery, craniosacral therapy, shiatsu, yoga, meditation, and nervous system care. Over those decades, I’ve worked with everyone from stressed professionals and athletes to people navigating injury, chronic pain, and burnout.
What I’ve learned is that true healing isn’t just about muscles or tension — it’s about bringing the whole body and nervous system back into safety and balance. That’s why every session at the Healing Sanctuary is designed to meet you where you are: whether you need deep release in your tissues, a reset for your nervous system, or simply the space to rest and feel like yourself again- but better!
