Our mission is to support and empower each client as they tap into their body’s natural ability to heal.
We use an integrative approach—drawing from Craniosacral Therapy (for infants through adults), Myofascial Release, Reiki, and Massage Therapy—to help release restrictions caused by injury, stress, or past trauma.
Our goal at Healing Roots Therapeutic Wellness is to help you move more freely, feel more balanced, and experience life more fully—grounded, restored, and connected to your body’s healing roots.
