We have been a Healing Arts Practice in Flagstaff Arizona for 35+ years. We have come to realize "Healing is a Journey" unique to each individual. We have been part of a medical team working with many local medical professionals to solve many healing challenges for our Flagstaff and surrounding area residents.
We specialize in helping you find relief from headaches, jaw, face, neck, shoulder, back, hip and extremity pain. We are trained in, Trigger Point Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Prenatal Massage. Our work ranges from very specific detailed treatments to generally therapeutic and relaxing.
We are here to listen to you and assist you in figuring out your own pathway to health and healing. A large part of our approach is to share with you self-care techniques to empower you with knowledge about how to help yourself whenever you are in need of some relief. We are here to serve you as you become more comfortable in your body so you are better able to function at your full potential in all aspects of life and living.
